Capital Roots came to us as Capital District Community Gardens. The name they loved had become the thing that weighed them down. Changing the name was providing for a future they could grow into and use to serve the community.

Capital Roots was the parent of nearly a dozen programs and initiatives, for brand clarity and audience & donor engagement brand consistency was critical. An organic and friendly typeface paired with a vibrant, early palette allowed individuality within a system.
