Derek co-founded Trampoline in 2003. As Tramp’s Creative Director, he digs for the big idea and cultivates its creation with the team, turning it into a viable, real-life solution. On the field he’s a designer, illustrator, and photographer; out of bounds you’ll find him (if you can) skiing, biking, fishing, and traveling with Paula. He’s also a dad, husband, and not-quite reformed heavy metal mulleteer. Stress coping mechanism: movie lines & impressions. Coveted skill: Zen master. Born & raised: CT; Upstate NY resident since the Grunge era. Little known fact: entered video submission to Survivor, Australia.
