What does it mean for Trampoline?

Our decision to pursue B Corp Certification was an evolution from Trampoline's original founding goals: To create unforgettable work, have an impact on our community, and help our clients succeed. We knew we needed more structure to our process. As a company, it's our goal to embody inclusivity and be a force for good.

The certification process challenged us to improve. A Certified B Corp is committed to meet rising standards; this is the potential we see in ourselves.

Trampoline’s B Corp Certification is not a finish line; rather, it is a new baseline.

We are deliberately a work in process, committed to expanding our view of team and recognizing the interdependence of companies and people in the global economy.

Workers

A focus on our people is a constant motivator for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. Always working to improve our staff’s experience, we find inspiration in being family-first and community-minded. It is our goal to offer company benefits that nurture our people and our energy, both individually and as a team.

Community

We value the importance of our role in the communities that we touch. Making a positive impact is a continued goal for us and is a pillar of our organization.

Fun fact: We analyzed approximately 100 suppliers that contribute to our operations, from merchandise to media, to determine who is local (within 50 miles) and independently owned in an attempt to keep our impact regional.

A Force For Good

In our earliest days, we said we wanted to make better design more accessible. Today, through B Corp Certification, we strive to impact the world positively through our work.

A renewed thoughtfulness in our decision-making, from environmental impact to creating a workplace of inclusivity and compassion.

Let's do it together.
