Founded in 1983, Arrow Financial Corporation is the parent company of Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company, Saratoga National Bank & Trust Company, and Upstate Agency LLC. With the evolving nature of the banking industry, we’ve been challenged with marketing sub-brands with established identities, unique voices, and disparate audiences, to compete with younger banks in an ever-changing landscape.
