WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE (WDI)

The Workforce Development Institute (WDI) is a statewide non-profit that works to increase opportunities for all New Yorkers to succeed in the workforce while earning family-sustaining wages.

We’ve worked with WDI to create impact and research reports- bringing life, structure, and a readable nature to copy-heavy documents.

To create a website for the Cannabis Workforce Initiative, our design team crafted a user-friendly site that prioritizes social equity and representation in the emerging adult-use cannabis market. The site showcases the overall mission of the CWI in a format that is clean, modern, and built to evolve.
