Alli Clift, Art Director & Fixer Extraordinaire

Art Director

Alli is a print, web, and motion graphics specialist. She values hard work, grids, keyboard shortcuts, and purposeful design. Amid industry, technological shortcuts, Alli champions problem-solving, listening, and follow-through. During her 8+ years at Trampoline, she has consistently taken on projects that demand focus and don’t necessarily come with a chance for design glory—30+ page print projects, brand guidelines for entities with complex sub-brands, digital campaigns with multiple phases and intense A/B testing, not to mention high-stakes projects with 10+-person review committees. Trampoline avoids one-size-fits-all solutions, and Alli supports this by being thorough in discovery and asking questions to ensure her designs meet clients' objectives, even as projects evolve.

She is unflappable, which is not to be confused with a shrinking violet. Alli projects calm and competence, but she will call out foolishness. Her quiet leadership and tenacity are characteristics that cannot be trained. As an Art Director, she provides guidance, feedback, and constructive criticism without ever removing a designer's own touch. She understands that design and communication solutions can take countless forms, and she focuses on providing guardrails to ensure that the work done follows best practices and satisfies client goals.

When not working, she is most likely making something. She sews, crochets, gardens, and bakes. And when not creating, she spends time with her family. She watches movies with her husband, curls up with a good book, takes a canoe out, or plays with her dogs, Clayton and Copper. Oh, and did we mention she has ducks? Lots of them.
